Ted Anderson, Maintenance Tech

Ted is a familiar face around all the properties Pivot manages as he is one of Pivot’s Maintenance Techs. He can be seen changing light bulbs, fixing appliances, maintaining a clean property, and even decorating for holidays! Ted takes great pride in his job and the services he provides for Pivot’s tenants.

Ted was born and raised in Portland, and attended Central Catholic High School. Ted then moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Ted moved back to Portland in 2020 and has been working at Pivot ever since.

When Ted’s not working, he enjoys cooking for friends, trying new restaurants, and exploring Oregon’s hidden treasures.
